Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All of our items are currently shipped via USPS. 
Our Shipping takes around 5 business days, however, due to COVID, weather, other factors, there's always a possibility that you might experience a delay. If you need your products sooner, please contact us and we'll let you know if an express option is available at the time.
Every order includes tracking at no extra cost.

Please note that once your order is marked as shipped and it's in USPS possession, we are no longer in control of the package, and any delays or problems must be handled by USPS. We will help as much as we can and will contact the postal office ourselves if needed.
We often include other handmade accessories or Mexican candy as gifts. If you don't want to receive any extra items let us know when ordering. Free gifts do not increase shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

For the moment, refunds are not available.
If you have a problem with your item please let us know so we can offer a different solution, like returns or discounts in future orders. (This will be decided on a case-by-case basis).
We are not responsible for items damaged in the mail, but we package our items to reduce the risks as much as possible.
